InterEl Academy Mini Camps
Two hours of on-ice training per day.
55 min of Power skating includes:
- balance control
- footwork and speed
- starts, stops, turns, crossover skating
- Transitioning from forward to backward and back
2nd 55 min of ice will consist of skill development with pucks:
- Power skating with pucks, puck control at full speed, puck protection
- Passing and shooting: forehand, backhand, wrist shot, slap shot, snapshot, quick puck release
- Puck protection
55 min daily of Dryland, fitness training, proper stretching
Players are divided into groups by similar age and skill level.
No hockey jersey provided for mini-camps.
