InterEl Academy Mini Camps

Two hours of on-ice training per day.

1 hour of Power skating includes:

  •  balance control
  •  footwork and speed
  • starts, stops, turns, crossover skating
  • Transitioning from forward to backward and back

2nd hour of ice will consist of skill development with pucks:

  • Power skating with pucks, puck control at full speed, puck protection
  • Passing and shooting: forehand, backhand, wrist shot, slap shot, snapshot, quick puck release
  • Puck protection

1 hour daily of Dryland, fitness training,  proper stretching

Players are divided into groups by similar age and skill level.
Maximum camp size 30 players.

No hockey jersey provided for mini-camps.
