2 daily hours of on ice activities include:
Power skating
Shooting
Puck control
1 x 1 situations
2 x1 situations
2x 2 situations
Special team drills
Introduction to checking for pee wees
45 min dryland training consists of:
Physical conditioning
Fitness training
Stretching
Players will be divided into groups by age and level.
Maximum camp size 40 players (20 in each group)
